It can be used by heating it a bit, then applying it on the face and neck, and leave it on the skin all night daily, coconut oil can be used as a skin peeler by adding sugar to it, and use it once or twice a day.

Eating healthy food is essential for the beauty of the skin and for overall health of the body, so you must follow a healthy diet for life, eating vegetables and fresh fruits, fats and healthy proteins, and try to drink water every day by eight cups, and the occasional treatment with green tea or white, because it is rich in antioxidants, which helps make the skin look refreshed and young for a long time.
