- Permanent presence in high humidity areas.
- Enter bacteria into the ducts of the sebaceous glands that cause the production of biologically active substances.
- Do not take care of the cleanliness of the face.
Methods of prevention and treatment of acne
- Pay attention to the cleanliness of the face by washing the face at least twice a day to remove impurities, dead skin cells and excess fatty secretions. Warm water is recommended instead of hot.
- Use clean towels when drying the face; because the soiled towel leads to the spread of bacteria.
- Use products to get rid of acne, and be careful not to use creams that cause allergies.
- Avoid placing the hands on the face many times, because it irritates the parts of the skin inflamed, and spreads bacteria, especially if the tampering with the pimples and peel fingers, which will spread grain to other areas.
- Use cosmetics that are free of oils, chemicals and dyes that do not clog the pores to prevent acne, and must be disposed of cosmetics on the face using detergent.
- Avoid eating fatty foods and fast food because they contain a high percentage of fat and reduce the intake of nuts, citrus and soft drinks.
- Maintain skin hydration to reduce dehydration and peeling skin.
- Drink water in large quantities to rid the body of toxins.

- Mix the green tea with oatmeal and put it on the skin for half an hour then wash the face with warm water.
- Use lemon juice and put it on the face by cotton daily before bedtime.
- Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a little water, apply to the skin three minutes, and use twice a week.
