Exercise the fish face
The face of the fish is one of the best exercises to tighten the area around the cheekbones, thus reducing facial fat naturally, and is implemented through:
- Suck the cheeks inside the mouth.
- Put the lips outward so that the face appears as the fish’s face.
- Stay in this position for thirty seconds.
- Relax, repeat exercise ten times.
Bone marrow exercise
This exercise determines the cheekbones and is performed by:
- Stand straight, or sit with your fingers on the cheekbones to lift the skin up.
- Open the mouth in a long oval.
- Stay in this position for five seconds.
- Relax, repeat exercise.
Tongue Rotation Exercise
This exercise aims at the muscles of the cheek, and reduces excess fat in the face, especially in the area of the chin, where the exercise causes the feeling of burning or tension in the cheeks, and is implemented through:
- Close the mouth and rotate the tongue in circular motions.
- During rotation, the tongue should touch the outer surface of the upper teeth and lower teeth.
- Perform the exercise 15 times clockwise, and 15 times counterclockwise.
- Repeat exercise at least twice a day.
The mandible exercise
This exercise prevents the accumulation of fat in the lower part of the face, a fat that causes the skin to fall under the jaw line, and is performed through:
- Sit or stand.
- Tilt the head back and look towards the ceiling.
- Move the lower lip above the upper lip as much as possible, so that you can feel resistance in the neck and jaw muscles near the ears.
- Stay on this position and count to 5.
- Repeat exercise about 15 times.
Oral mouth exercise
This exercise prevents the appearance of double chin, and is performed by:
- Fill the mouth with air.
- Moving the air in the mouth from side to side is also the solution when cleaning the mouth.
- Continue exercising for several minutes.
- Relax and repeat your exercise several times.
