How to Face Lift Naturally

With the complexity of difficult and fast working life conditions, and with the development of technology, and the advancement of man in age, skin begins to relax  because of the decrease of natural oil secretions over time. The appearance of the skin gradually deteriorates to show signs of fatigue, and wrinkles. Hence the need for permanent care of the skin by following healthy habits that help to delay signs of aging skin as well as the use of cosmetics and natural mixtures that restore the skin brightness.

We can obtain this by:

  • Drink adequate amounts of natural fluids such as water and natural juices, as fluids prevent dryness of the skin, which is the main cause of the appearance of wrinkles.
  • Eat a healthy balanced diet, containing plenty of minerals and vitamins, which have a stimulating effect on having young skin and prevent sagging.
  • Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol, as it accelerates the appearance of wrinkles and fatigue marks on the face.
  • Take enough sleep, for at least 7 hours continuously, to avoid manifestation of skin fatigue.
  • Avoid work overloads and watch on screens such as television and computer for long periods, because it increases the fatigue, and leads to the apperance of signs of fatigue on them.
  • The use of natural “mixtures” that contribute to compensate the skin for the necessary oils and vitamins, including:

Egg and milk paste:

Mix one egg with one teaspoon of yogurt and a little sugar, until it becomes a homogeneous creamy mixture, then rub the whole face and leave until it is completely dry, then wash with lukewarm water. Where you will then get pure skin clean, tight and free of wrinkles.

Cabbage and honey mask:

Wash some of the cabbage leaves and put in the blender to be well crushed then add a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of yogurt and mix thoroughly and then put on the oily skin and normal. If the skin is dry and add a little almond oil or olive oil to give it more moisture. Leave for a quarter of an hour  and then wash the face with lukewarm water.

Honey and lemon paste:

Bring half a lemon mixed with two tablespoons of pure honey. Mix well and rub on the face away from the eyes and then leave for about a third of an hour to dry and then continue to wash the face with water and dry well ,and then put a moisturizing cream suitable for the skin type.
