How to fatten the face quickly

One of the most important concerns of women is the face, where all women are keen to get a beautiful face and
not pale, when starting a diet to get rid of excess weight and obesity will lose its face and becomes more pale, this is a great annoyance for women, and is considered the fleshy face and pink cheeks one of the elements of beauty . There are many reasons for the thin face such as; extreme fatigue at work, may be a genetic cause, or the result of not eating healthy and balanced diet. Before starting with the face, care must be taken to keep the skin moisturized , and wash the face with soap to clean it of dirt.

Methods of fattening the face

There are many ways to fatten the face, including:

  • Eat a good diet and eat fruit, such as bananas, grapes and oranges, as well as vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, peas, sesame and raisins. Eat 7 grains and 1 cup of milk a day.
  • A small spoon of honey, a small piece of cheese and one large tablespoon of oatmeal. Then take this mixture with a glass of orange juice regularly to get a full face.
  • Mixes that help in fattening the face are mixing pieces of apples with slices of carrots in the same amount with lemon juice to get a drink, and is taken daily every morning.
  • Take one cup of yogurt and one teaspoon of brewer’s yeast and apply it to the honey. You should continue to eat this mixture for at least a month to observe the results.
  • Use lemon juice and put it on the face for a simple period and then wash; do not forget to use moisturizer after it to avoid dry skin.
  • Bring half a tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of yeast in addition to one tablespoon of sour milk, half a teaspoon of lemon juice and half a tablespoon of wheat bran (the ingredients can be increased by a fixed percentage according to the size of the face).
  • Mix these ingredients and put them on the face for at least one hour.
  • Wash with warm water, as well as facial oil with any kind of oil but preferably almond oil.
  • Eat olive oil daily before breakfast, and sesame oil can be used through facial massage.
  • Mix almond oil, amber oil, corn oil, and put it as a mask on the face with massage circular movements to stimulate the circulation of the face, and increase the absorption of the skin oils.
  • Use the ring by boiling a teaspoon of the ground ring with half a cup of water, and then mix the yeast with it after cool and put on the face for a third of an hour and wash the face with warm water and then use rose water.
  • Bring a quarter cup of rose water and add a quarter cup of milk, then mix well with two tablespoons of the ground ring, then put on the face for half an hour to 45 minutes and then wash your face with cold water.
