How to prepare

  • Bring the henna and put it in the plastic bowl, add sugar, as it works to increase the cohesion of henna and make it last longer.
  • Add natural lemon juice, and can be replaced with vinegar or other acid juice because it works to show the color clearly and quickly.
  • Mix the henna using a wooden spoon with lemon juice and sugar and note that the paste will be very cohesive.
  • Cover the bowl for about 10 minutes until the brown color appears on it.

  • Choose spaced-out patterns to get a pattern, because when henna is removed from the skin, it takes more space than the real size.
  • It is preferable not to use henna in the winter on the limbs because it increases joint pain and rheumatism.
