The oil mixture for the nose

Both castor oil and fenugreek oil can be used to reduce the size of the nose by:

  • Mix a tablespoon of fenugreek oil with a tablespoon of castor oil in a small bowl, stirring them together until perfectly combined.
  • The oil mixture is applied by the tip of the finger on the areas to be slanted in the nose, or on the entire nose and adjacent areas, depending on the size of the nose.
  • Leave the oil mixture on the nose for a few hours and then clean with soap and water.
  • The use of the oil mixture should be repeated daily until the nose is thinned and the desired size is achieved.

Toothpaste mixture to soften the nose

To take advantage of this mixture in the nasal slimming, consider the following:

  • 1 Tablespoon of toothpaste.
  • 1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 Tablespoon of ginger powder.

Steps to use

  • Place each tablespoon of toothpaste and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl, and mix together until you mix them with each other.
  • Add the ginger powder to the previous mixture, mixing it with the rest of the ingredients until they fit together.
  • Rub the mixture on the corners of the nose and areas to be slimmed and reduce the size of the nose.
  • Leave the mixture on the nose to dry and then wash with lukewarm water.

Exercises to slim the nose

There are many exercises for the nose area, which can reduce the size, and the following are some of them:

  • Smile as far as possible with your nose up to the top when you smile, repeating it for a maximum of 30 times.
  • Move the nose in several random places, provided that the rest of the areas surrounding the nose is stationary and move the nose alone.
  • Close one of the nostrils with the tip of the finger and then breathe continuously from the other nostril for several seconds, and return to repeat the exercise from the other nostril.
