Frequent washing of the nail.
Exposure to chemicals such as detergents.
Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
Anemia.
Iron deficiency and calcium.
Many skin problems such as psoriasis, nail fungus, chronic eczema and others.
Low moisture and dry nails.
Chronic use of dyes, nail polish and dye remover.

The most important tips for treating nail fragility
- Moisturize your hands: Each time after washing and drying it moisturizes the water inside your nails do not dry or become fragile.
- Keep the moisturizer of your fingertips all the time, even outside the house, to moisten your hands and nails continuously.
- Trimming: the longer your nail, the more prone to break.
- Dry your nails after bathing because they are softer and less prone to breakage.
- Do not use Aceton nail polish remover because it dries your nails and makes them brittle. Use a paint remover containing Acetate instead of Aceton.
- Try nail polish containing 5% Latic acid or Glycolic acid.
