Blood pressure is the force that drives the blood to enter the arteries, in order to reach the blood carrying oxygen and nutrients, to tissues in the body organs. Every pulse of the human heart, where blood is pumped to the arteries in the body, where the blood pressure is large and called systolic pressure, this reflects the number in the numerator when reading pressure measurement. When the heart relaxes, the pressure in the arteries decreases. In this case, the pressure is at the lowest level called the diastolic pressure, which is the number in the place when reading the blood pressure measurement. For example, when the reading is 120/70 mmHg, the number 120 represents the systolic pressure and the number 70 represents the diastolic pressure .
When the blood pressure is 120/80, the pressure is normal and if it is low, the food is 140/90 and above, the pressure is high.
If the 90/60 is low blood pressure.
Sickness causes low blood pressure.
- In pregnant women: Due to rapid expansion during pregnancy in women in the circulatory system, it is common in pregnant women to lower blood pressure by 5 * 10 mm Hg “systolic pressure” and 10 * 15 mm Hg “diastolic pressure”.
- In patients with the heart: when the valves and arteries narrow, or because of a clot, or weakness in the heart muscle, or some disorders of the pulse all these things may lead to a decrease in blood pressure.
- The occurrence of hormonal disorders in the body: such as the excesses that affect the thyroid, or hyperactivity, or low blood sugar, all these things may cause low blood pressure.
- Dehydration and lack of water in the body: When you lose a lot of water and fluids from the body when sweating due to high temperature or physical exertion, or vomiting or diarrhea, or taking excessive diuretics all reduce blood pressure.
- In cases of trauma: where the fluid in the blood vessels in which the blood is present due to blood out through wounds, bleeding or birth, etc., causes low blood pressure.
