Sunburn
Many people are exposed to burns in the face, neck and hands due to constant sun exposure, especially in the summer, leading to tanning. This problem is particularly embarrassing for girls. Recipes for sunburn
Papaya
- One half of the fruit of the papaya is crushed in the electric mixer.
- Place the papaya on affected areas of the skin, leave for at least a quarter of an hour, then wash.
Yogurt and lemon
- Mix two tablespoons of yogurt with a tablespoon of ground chickpeas, and a few drops of lemon juice.
- Apply the mixture to the burns, leave for at least twenty minutes, then wash with warm water, knowing that this process can be repeated three times a day.
Tomato and lemon
- Mix two tablespoons of tomato juice with a little lemon juice.
- Place the mixture on the affected areas, leave for at least a quarter of an hour, then wash; avoid placing the mixture on sensitive skin.
Oats and yoghurt
- Mix an equal amount of oatmeal, yogurt, and tomato juice.
- Apply the mixture to the skin, leave for at least twenty minutes, then wash with cold water.
Coconut oil and almond oil
- Mix five teaspoons of coconut oil with four teaspoons of sandalwood oil and two teaspoons of almond oil.
- Rub the burn areas with the mixture, leave on for a few minutes, then wash with lukewarm water.
Tomato and butter
- Mix a teaspoon of tomato juice with five teaspoons of butter.
- Apply the mixture to the skin using a small piece of cotton, leave for a few minutes, then wash with warm water.
Orange juice and yogurt
- Mix two tablespoons of yogurt with a teaspoon of orange juice.
- Apply the mixture to the affected areas, leave for no more than ten minutes, then wash with warm water.
Honey
- Mix a tablespoon of natural honey, with a tablespoon of powdered milk, a little drops of lemon juice, half a tablespoon of sweet almond oil.
- Apply the mixture to the skin, leave until completely dry, then wash with lukewarm water.
Tips to avoid sunburn
- Reduce exposure to sunlight during daylight hours, using a protective sunscreen.
- Use sunscreen before getting out at least half an hour.
- Wear long-sleeved clothing.
- Wear a cap to cover the face, protect it from rays.
