However, the symptoms of benign tumors may be similar to malignancies, which are difficult to differentiate, and some of these benign tumors do not give any symptoms and are accidentally discovered by the mammogram.
Changes in breast tissue occur throughout the life of a woman, because these tissues are very sensitive to estrogen and progesterone hormones that are constantly changing each month during the menstrual cycle, making them prone to the formation of tumors significantly, so that breast cancers are the second most common types of cancers after skin cancers for females.

The types of tumors vary by cause, as well as their symptoms. The most important types of benign tumors, their causes and symptoms are as follows:
