The newborn child needs special attention and attention from the mother, because this stage is the main and important in the life of the child, through the nutrition that is obtained and the method of acquiring the behavior that will complete the course of his life on it, so focus on this stage and avoid neglecting any Part of it, such as caring for the nutrition of the child, and attention to cleanliness and everything related to him, because he is unable to express what he wants.

Child Care

The steps that a mother must take to take care of a newborn child are:

  • Give the child the taste he needs at birth directly, and take this bait according to the system in force in the country, there are countries that do not give this taste since the birth of the child.
  • The child should be kept in position, without doing any bath work, especially in the first two days, and therefore the importance of the survival of the white matter on this child.
  • To breastfeed the baby from his mother’s milk, because it does not contain the ingredients he needs, to strengthen his immunity to avoid any disease, and not to give the child water and sugar in the early days.
  • Avoid placing any substance on the child’s navel, such as salt, because many of these substances are contaminated, and harmful to the child, but should be washed with alcohol, daily until the fall of the navel.
  • Some mothers misdiagnose the child’s eyes, and this behavior is wrong because kohl contains substances that cause poisoning in the child.
  • Baby clothing should be worn to help it move without restriction, and avoid wrapping it in an uncomfortable manner.

The right ways to breastfeed

Some methods that should be done when breastfeeding a child are:

  • The child should be helped to place all the nipples in his mouth, and to insert as much of the area around the nipple as possible.
  • When the mother finishes feeding her baby, she should be careful in removing the nipple from the baby’s mouth. If she has difficulty, use her finger, while sterilizing the finger, by inserting it into the child’s mouth and gradually pulling the nipple.
  • When the child is fully satisfied, the mother has to make her baby, by placing him on his stomach and beating him lightly on the back, so that he feels comfortable.
  • Take care of the cleanliness of the mother’s nipple by repeatedly washing it with warm water only, avoiding any type of disinfectant and then leaving it dry alone by briefly exposing it to the air.
