Child Health
The baby’s health begins when he is an infant in his mother’s womb and is linked to his health and depends entirely on maternal health and nutrition during pregnancy. The more the mother cares about her food, the more she cares about the food of her fetus. The pregnant mother is advised to drink plenty of fresh water and juice, Such as: red meat, white, fish, egg yolks, and daily legumes, such as lentils, beans and calcium-rich foods such as dairy, cheese and milk.
Healthy food alone may not be enough. Pregnant mothers should take supplements and tonics throughout pregnancy and during the first trimester to avoid anemia. These supplements are associated with colic, constipation and change in the color of the stool so it is recommended to drink it with a large amount of water.
In the early hours of childbirth, the baby feeds on the mother’s milk, where his mother breastfeeds immediately after birth, in order to stimulate the breast to produce the milk needed by the child. The amount of milk is low in the first few days. Breastfeeding strengthens the emotional relationship between the mother and her child.
