Breakfast in this program is fixed for all days as follows:
First day
- Breakfast: Two pieces of toast, a piece of skimmed cheese, two eggs, four tablespoons of beans, a teaspoon of olive oil, and a glass of milk. These foods can be replaced with other foods: three tablespoons of oatmeal, A cup of non-fat milk and a fruit pill. - lunch: Chest of grilled chicken, a plate of salad.
- Dinner: A piece of toast, a piece of boiled egg, and a cup of non-fat yogurt.
the sixth day
