Breastfeeding

Some mothers resort to not breastfeeding the child because of false beliefs, most notably:
- Breastfeeding can cause breast tenderness.
- Industrial milk is superior to breast milk in terms of nutritional value.
- Milk is not enough to breastfeed.
- Breastfeeding is not easy for mothers and it takes a lot of time.
All of these beliefs are wrong because breast feeding does not cause breast sagging. Breast milk contains enzymes and antibiotics that do not exist in any milk, even cow’s milk.
