Help the baby to sleep

  • You must teach the child that the day is different from the night by opening the curtains in the day and the participation of the child in playing and sitting on the television and not allow him to take a nap more than half an hour, and at night shut curtains.
  • Keep the lights low and do not make noise, talk low, make your baby eat dinner or milk and shower in warm water, change the day’s baby clothes, make him sleep in bed, tell him a bedtime story, Have a story before you sleep and select a useful story with wisdom. Avoid the frightening stories that frighten your child from the ocean around him, choose the story according to your child’s age and thinking, preferably with pictures. It is best to tell stories of the prophets and communicate any idea to your child through the story. So that it attracts your child’s attention.
  • If the baby is still a baby in the first six months, a small bed should be placed with you in the same room to make it easier to breastfeed and hear it when you cry, avoid placing it in your bed so as not to choke, and be careful not to cover your face.
  • Take care of your toddler’s year-to-year routine, such as bathing, brushing teeth, and giving him a kiss and sneeze before bedtime.
  • You can run a Quran in a child’s room with a light voice until he sleeps.
  • Return the child to sleep in the absence of you beside him and fall asleep on his own, and rely on himself.
  • Avoid shaking the child if he is an infant so he will not get used to it or get him to sleep in your arms.
  • If the child is suffering from any pain, check with the doctor until his condition is diagnosed.
