The importance of proper nutrition for the child
Healthy nutrition is essential for building the child’s body, growing bones, teeth and building tissues. Breastfeeding is the foundation until the child reaches six months. Once the child has passed the first six months, he needs to include fruits and vegetables for his meals in small quantities. Gradually increasing, as integrated food strengthens the child’s immune system and improves its mental and absorptive capacity.
Foods suitable for childhood
Six and seven months
- Bring an apple, wash it well, then peel it and cut it into medium cubes, make it soft, and after a little cool, smooth it with the fork and feed it to your child. You can replace the apple with the pear.
- Peel a piece of bananas, stir well, and add a mixture of boiled apples, mashed bananas, and baby feet.

Seven and nine months
- Add a little mashed fruit juice to the softened orange juice.

Important Notes
- Your child may not be like any other child. Children may vary in their sensitivity to food. What might be appropriate for your girlfriend or neighbor does not necessarily suit your child. So be careful and make your child the center of your interest and test what is right for you and what does not.
- Give the baby milk first, and shortly afterwards eat it with vegetables or fruit.
- Avoid cold. Some foods may irritate the baby’s stomach and intestines by cold weather.
- Take only two tablespoons of food and do not overdo it, and the many spicy meals are better than the one fatty meal.
- Keep your hands clean and utensils used to feed the baby.
- Immediately consume the child’s meal, and do not use it after a period of processing it may oxidize and change color.
- Avoid adding salt, sugar, and spices to baby food.
