The importance of proper nutrition for the child

Foods suitable for childhood

Six and seven months

Important Notes

  • Your child may not be like any other child. Children may vary in their sensitivity to food. What might be appropriate for your girlfriend or neighbor does not necessarily suit your child.   • Avoid cold. Some foods may irritate the baby’s stomach and intestines by cold weather.

  • Keep your hands clean and utensils used to feed the baby.
  • Immediately consume the child’s meal, and do not use it after a period of processing it may oxidize and change color.
  • Avoid adding salt, sugar, and spices to baby food.
