Your child now needs strength and build. To get your child to do this, you should:

  • The child begins his first food at the age of four months to the sixth month, this stage is the first meal, try not to give it sweetened foods start and make the last list of food provided to the child.
  • Give your child fresh vegetables daily, with one fruit category and repeat it for more than one meal,
  • Do not give your child alternatives when he refuses a certain category of food, but try several times, he will accept it later.
  • Graduated with cooked vegetables without adding spices and salt, boiled potatoes, carrots, zucchini, sweet potatoes.
  • At the end of the first year, give your child chicken and meat cut into small pieces that are easy to swallow.
  • From the first to the third year, your child is eating as adults eat and there is no difference between them. Most children at this stage refuse to eat vegetables. Try to cook and put them with food for your baby to accept.
  • Children should drink two cups of milk a day to enhance their prevention and strengthen their teeth that need calcium, bone building.
  • Make your child’s meal fun and cheerful, let him make his own meal, such as toast with chocolate, or toast with milk and olives, as he would rather eat.
  • The baby needs more than three main meals, all of which need to contain all the essential nutrients to strengthen the body.
  • Do not force your child to eat a large amount of meals. To avoid obesity in the future, you can make one of the non-main meals a type of fruit such as bananas, milk or chocolate and an apple.
