It is essential to know the damage caused by some substances and foods to silver pieces, such as eggs, vinegar, onions, mayonnaise and table salt. If silver is exposed to these substances, wash them immediately with warm water.

  • The first stage : The pieces made of silver, which are constantly used, show little stains and blackness, can be washed with warm water and can be used detergents that do not contain the phosphate, taking into account washing it gently and separately in the sense of washing each piece separately to keep them from scratching, and It is important not to wear rubber gloves while cleaning silver pieces because rubber causes damage to silver.

  • Use of Sodium bicarbonate is considered to be a derivative of silver jewelry, but if silver is heavily degraded, we use this substance by adding a little water to the bicarbonate and rubbing the silver gently.
