Diabetes
There is no doubt that sugars are very important to the human body, which is that once entering the human body it is digested and converted to the glucose necessary for the body, the glucose of the human body as gasoline for the car, it is the body that provides the energy through which the body performs all its functions, And glucose can be kept in the blood at a certain rate of 80 to 120 mg per 100 ml of blood, so that it does not increase or decrease.
And the member responsible for maintaining the level of blood sugar within this proportion is the pancreas, through the secretion of the hormone insulin, which stimulates the cells to burn glucose to convert it into energy, while the amount of glucose remaining is stored in the liver in the form of fat, which causes obesity, In the event of increased intake of sugars, the amount of glucose will increase in the blood, and thus increase the amount of fat in the body, and with the excessive in eating foods containing sugar, the harmful fat will be deposited on the liver and on the walls of blood vessels leading to atherosclerosis in the arteries.
The pancreas is unable to produce sufficient insulin to burn the amount of glucose in the blood, leading to a deficiency or sometimes a deficit in the pancreas, so the amount of glucose in the blood more than the specified rate, sometimes exceeding 180 mg per 100 ml of blood, then the kidneys will allow the passage of sugar with urine, so that sugar is present in the patient’s urine, this is called diabetes, in this case we can say that this person has diabetes.
