The pregnant woman will feel a little tired and tired this month. She will be able to eat more, but the number of times she goes to the bathroom will decrease. The mother’s belly will appear outward; this month, women are advised to wear loose-fitting clothes. Will increase as the size of the fetus, and this is very natural because the fetus grows.

  • Attention to the quality of the food and focus on vegetables and fruits, away from sweets, drink water at the rate of eight cups a day in addition to the juice of fruit rich in vitamins, and eating foods containing calcium, and eating supplements that the doctor spends the pregnant woman, especially iron-rich folic acid.
  • To avoid fetal deformity it is advised to stay away from negative behaviors such as smoking and alcohol.
