Red eye
Many people suffer from redness of the eye and this is one of the problems that the eye faces because of the conditions that the eye passes throughout the year, the eye is subjected to constant pressure and exhaustion and the stress that falls on them from the reality of life.
The eye is the most sensitive member of the stimuli, factors and conditions that surround the natural person from the rest of the senses that exist in humans because they contain sensory tissues that reach the brain directly and express immediately what interact with them.
Factors that work on eye redness
Fatigue and exhaustion of the body during a day of continuous work.
The nature of the work done by some people who force them to stay for a long time and continuous in front of the computer screen.
Bad habits, including sitting at close range from the television screen.
Frequent carelessness and lack of time for the body to rest.
Sensitivity due to weather changes, especially sensitivity of spring and flowers.
Use soap and chemicals to clean the face, leading to eye irritation.
Methods of treatment and prevention of eye redness
- Take care of the body and skin by giving enough time to rest at least eight hours a night.
- If the nature of the work requires you to sit in front of the computer screen, it is preferable to install the screen protection and take a break from time to time.
- Sit away from the TV screens.
- Stay out of bed as much as possible and stick to an early sleep time to rebalance the body.
- Avoid approaching flowers at the time of vaccination and taking anti-histamine drugs, which relieve itching and redness.
- Avoid using non-facial soap and using baby soap if necessary.
- Cold water compresses are recommended to absorb heat from the inside of the eye.
- Put chins of cold cucumber and place it on the eye and replace it from time to time.
- Potato slices are also placed on the eye because the starch found in the potato helps to reduce redness of the eye and restore it to normal health.
- Sufficient intake of fluids during the day to compensate for the lack of secretion produced by the body, and prevent the drought of the eye so as not to lose the protein inside.
- Keeping away from all that is harmful is the best remedy.
