Many people suffer from stains on the clothes, like oil stains, which cause them to feel disturbed because of them, especially if that piece of their favorite, and many find it difficult to clean clothing from these spots, and may turn to abandon them altogether. There are now many chemical companies that have experimented with some materials to remove these intractable spots that have been completely successful by removing stains while retaining the original clothing colors.
Ways to clean oil stains from clothing
baby powder
- We use a paper towel to clean the largest amount of oil stains.
- Mix the children’s powder, stir the corn, salt in a small bowl, and then put the mixture on the oil stains, so that they are fully filled and move from the outer tissue to the internal tissues.
- We use a second paper towel to get rid of the powder we put on the piece of clothing, and take care when removing the stains not to remove another place of clothing, so as not to waste your effort in vain during the cleaning.
- Put a little water on the spots with a large spoon, then put a little of the mixture on the spot, and gently move the spot with one finger until the foam starts to appear.
- We use a toothbrush that is not needed and is required to be clean, and we move strongly where the oil is in spiral movements, and then clean the spot on the other side of the piece of clothing with a toothbrush.
- Wash the piece of clothing well according to the instructions on the washing machine, and then spread it on the laundry rope in the open air, until dry well, and make sure not to dry clothes in automatic washing.
Stain remover
- Use any type of fatty or oily stain remover, then place it heavily on spots, and brush well with toothbrush.
- Heat water for about 10 minutes, then gradually pour water over the oil stains. Hot boiling water is a good way to break fat bonds.
- We complete the previous steps of the first process of cleaning using a toothbrush, washed, and dried.
W 40
W40, or known as a flammable fluid, is one of the most effective products to break down fatty bonds and remove oil stains by:
- Put the W40 product on the location of the oil stains, and leave it for twenty to twenty-five minutes to interact well with fatty bonds.
- Bring the amount of water to be a little warm, then put a piece of clothing in it, and clean it well.
- We wash the clothing piece and dry it to get the best results
