The ovaries
Both ovaries are female reproductive hormones. These are responsible for the production of hormones and female sex hormones, including estrogen, which is produced from the graphene vesicle, and the progesterone hormone produced from the yellow body in the ovary. Estrogen activates at puberty, which is responsible for secondary female traits. Progesterone stabilizes and maintains the pregnancy.
The size of each ovary does not exceed the size of a large almond, but the size of the ovary specifically varies from one woman to another. The ovaries are located separately in the abdominal cavity opposite the fallopian tube.
Ovarian functions
The ovaries have two main functions, namely:
- Formation of oocytes.

There is another health problem related to ovarian bags called ovarian syndrome. In this syndrome, women have large amounts of male hormones, and menstrual cycle is disturbed or non-existent. This syndrome is treated in several ways, including regular exercise, control of healthy weight, and non-smoking. These are all important in treatment, and the patient may also need medication to balance the hormones. Treatment generally depends on the symptoms of the patient and whether she intends to conceive or not, but there is no cure completely clear.
