Ways to reduce heat

  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and also recommend drinking fruit juice and vegetables, too, rich in vitamins and minerals.
  • It is recommended to drink herbal tea containing camomile and thyme; they act as an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory.
  • Drink linden tea that works as a syrup and fights fever.
  • If you do not want to drink liquids, you can do a cube of ice.
  • Place compresses of cold water on the front, limbs and legs, keeping the body covered to avoid exposure to air currents.
  • Do a warm bath so that the body is left in a tub filled with warm water for some time.
  • If the temperature is abnormally high, aspirin or banadol can be taken every four hours to reduce heat.
  • Control the amount of covers over the body either increase or decrease.
