Many babies experience high temperature overtime, and the mother starts looking for ways to get rid of that heat, which may be unknown to the mother.
Normal level to their temperature
The normal level of the baby’s temperature is not precisely determined, varies from one baby to another, and doctors have agreed that the level is limited to 36.5 to 37.2 degrees Celsius, but higher than this is a rise in temperature and must be addressed.
Causes of high temperature
- Infection of the respiratory system, such as flu, flu and colds.
- Infection of gastrointestinal bacteria, resulting from contaminated food, may result in bacterial, viral or parasitic infections.

Ways to reduce it
- Use traditional methods of heat reduction which include:
- Wet the cloth with cold water and place it on the baby’s brow and on the edges.
- Prepare a water pool of tap water in the summer, put the baby in it for ten minutes, and can add apple vinegar to water, because it increases the ability of water to withdraw heat from the body.
- Massage the baby’s limbs from the hands and feet with medical alcohol.
- It is often used to reduce the temperature of the infant, who is no older than six months, and the baby, who is older than six months, can be given the drug solution to reduce the temperature.
- Check with your doctor immediately if your baby’s temperature continues to rise for more than 24 hours, especially if the previous methods are used and do not give any result.
