Benefits of Cinnamon Tea

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is taken from the bark of the cinnamon tree. The bark is dried or grinded to form cinnamon powder. It is grown in Sri Lanka and many tropical countries. It is sweet, has a sharp taste and aromatic aroma and is used as a spice. Cinnamon is a rich source of benefits. It contains iron, calcium and fiber, and also contains antioxidants.

Benefits of cinnamon

Cinnamon has many benefits, including:

  • Minimizing harmful cholesterol in the body, therefore is very beneficial to the health of the heart and protect it from diseases.
  • Improve digestion and removal of gases, treat gastric swelling and colon problems, eliminate acidity and nausea in the morning, reduce weight, reduce open appetite, and feel full for a long time, and benefit cinnamon drink in the treatment of fungus Candida white, a mushroom spread in the intestines.
  • An important treatment for diabetes; it helps in reducing blood sugar, and adjust the level of insulin.
  • Minimize the spread of cancer in the body, such as blood cancer and lymphoma.

Preparation of cinnamon tea

You can prepare cinnamon tea in the following ways:

  • Add three cups of water, put the sugar into your taste, put in four cinnamon sticks with water, boil water for 15 minutes, then water and pour in a jug. Put three bags of tea in the water, then saffron, and mix to mix. Each other for 10 minutes and feet.
  • You can boil the tea with cinnamon and sugar, leave it to boil for 5 minutes and then serve it.
