How to prepare Rose tea
Ingredients
- Amount of rose petals (red).
- Two teaspoons of green tea.
- A teaspoon of sugar (as desired).
How to prepare
- Dry the rose petals in a dark place away from moisture and leave the petals to dry completely.
- Take two teaspoons of dried rose petals, put them in a pitcher and add two teaspoons of dry green tea leaves.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water to the tea mixture and leave for 10 minutes until it becomes soaked and tasteful.
- We offer tea with sugar or honey as desired.
Method of preparing roasted rose tea
Ingredients
- Half a cup of dried rose petals.
- Half cup lemon juice.
- A tablespoon of rose water.
- Three tablespoons of sugar.
- Three glasses of water.
- A glass of ice.
How to prepare
- We begin by preparing the rose tea by sprinkling the rose petals in three cups of boiling water, and leaving the tea for half an hour to get a concentrated taste.
- Add sugar to rose tea. Then add lemon juice and rose water.
- Pour the mixture into the freezer until it cools well.
- Mix the rose tea with the ice in the blender until we get the iced tea.
Note: It is possible to make rose tea and then to make ice cubes of rose tea by placing it in the ice container in the freezer, add the different juices to cool it and add the distinctive rose flavor to the cold drinks.
