Tea tree oil
Oil is associated with tea, although it has nothing to do with the hot drink known globally. It is oil extracted from a tree known as the Malayaluca native of Australia, and Australia’s explorer Captain James Cook is the so-called tea tree.
Tea tree oil has been used by indigenous Australians and has known its benefits in the treatment of bacteria and fungi that cause infections in nails, skin and pimples, a yellowish greenish oil and smell similar to camphor oil.
Benefits of Tea Tree Oil
- Apply on the face and skin to treat pimples and the effects of acne and fungi that cause skin inflammation, and reduce the burns caused by exposure to sunlight.
- Add 12-15 drops of tea oil to the bathtub and wash for between a quarter and an hour. It helps to purify the body and relax after any muscle strain.
- Add four drops to a glass of lukewarm water and drink twice a day to treat sore throat, asthma, coughs and mouth ulcers.
- The mouthwash of the tea oil works only for the rinse; add three drops of it to a glass of lukewarm water, and repeat the method three times a day.
Benefits of tea tree oil for hair
- Helps increase the blood supply to the scalp and thus maintain the vitality of the hair and health by massage the scalp a small amount of it mixed with any other oil.
- Helps to eliminate hair lice and soaps If mixed with half the amount of lavender oil, then put on hair for a whole night and wash in the morning with lukewarm water, shampoo and conditioner.
- Contributes to stimulating hair follicles to grow and thus increase hair density; Mix with any other oil, such as: olive oil, or sweet almond oil, and massage the scalp.
- Shampoo is added to a few drops of tea tree oil and used at every shower to eliminate the crust.
- Increases scalp moisture and dehydrates it by mixing it with Jojoba oil and placed on the scalp for a quarter of an hour.
- Mixed with any other oil is used to treat scalp problems such as the appearance of fungus, pimples or infectious skin diseases.
- Mix with jojoba oil, olive oil or lavender to prevent hair loss and shine on hair.
- Tea tree oil is a powerful oil on the scalp so be careful of excessive use, and when used mix it with other oil.
