Here’s my lady how to make homemade cheese

To prepare a kilo and a quarter of cheese, prepare the following amounts

Five liters of milk

A glass of vinegar

A finger of butter

Sour tray

Salt in quantities according to desire

Piece of gauze to filter the cheese

Colander

Put the milk in a saucepan and let it boil

During the boiling of the milk add vinegar to it

Continue stirring until the lumps of milk appear and evaporate

Remove the pot from the fire after the milk is dried

Then put the cheese in the blender, add a little water and mix it, add the butter and mix until mixed.

Then add the cream and mix again until you have an appetizing and creamy cheese

Ingredients

Fresh and full-fat sheep milk or fresh whole-fat cow’s milk

Massah – You can get it from the pharmacy (half a tablet for every 18 kilos)

How to prepare

Heat the milk until it is cold

Thaw the touch piece with a little milk in a cup

Add milk to the mixture and stir well

Then cover the milk in a blanket for an hour until the milk has a little water on it

Then prepare a square piece of cloth and place in each piece two pieces of cheese, and place it well

Repeat the previous step until you finish all the quantity
