White cheese with olive oil
Ingredients
- Four liters of liquid milk.
- A quarter cup of white vinegar
- olive oil.

How to prepare
- Put the amount of milk on fire in a saucepan of stainless steel, warm the milk and when boiling start add a quarter cup of white vinegar.
- You will notice in a few minutes that the cheese is starting to separate from the water or the so-called milk syrup.
- Keep flipping until the liquid becomes clear and you get the amount of cheese.
- Remove the cheese with a large spoon with holes and place in a glass vase, and press on the cheese until you get rid of excess water in the cheese.
- Salt the cheese as you wish.
- Bring a small, round pan of rice, and add a little olive oil to the cheese.
- Place the cheese in the Pyrex tray and press on it with a flat spoon.
- Put the cheese in the fridge for three hours and after the time set the mold out and you will notice that it is more frozen than before, and now the cheese is ready to eat.
Notes
- You can save it as in the fridge and cut it to slices or you can cut it into cubes and put it in glass jars and save it with olive oil.
- You can sprinkle a little dried ground thyme on the cheese cubes before preserving them or sprinkle with a little ground pepper.
- You can mix a tablespoon of pula with cheese before putting it into the Pyrex pan cucumber in it.
Creamy white cream cheese
Ingredients
- Four liters of milk.
- A quarter cup of white vinegar.
- A little salt.
How to prepare
- Put the milk in a saucepan and when boiling begins, add a quarter cup of white vinegar to the milk.
- Continue stirring until the cheese is separated from the straw.
- Combine the cheese in a glass bowl. Put a little salt in the cheese, while reducing the amount of salt.
- If you notice cheese is hard to beat, put a tablespoon of whey, which is separated from the cheese, and beat the palate. Make sure that you do not add too much milk to the cheese until it turns into a liquid.
- Keep the liquid cheese in jars or glass cups with a tight lid and place in the fridge until serving.
Yellow cheese cheddar
Ingredients
- Four liters of liquid milk.
- A quarter cup of vinegar.
- Salt spray.
- A packet of cheddar cheese slices.
How to prepare
- Put the milk in a saucepan and when boiling begins, add a quarter cup of white vinegar to the milk.
- Remove the cheese and place in a glass container.
- Chew the cheese with electric chaff, then bring slices of cheddar cheese, add a little to make it easier, then add it to the cheese we made.
- Bake again, add a little salt and dip the ingredients again, and you will get a creamy yellow cream cheese, keep it in glass jars and put it in the fridge until use and presentation.
