The natural substance produced by bees is called honey. The word honey came in the Holy Quran once in the fifteenth verse of Surah Muhammad, as the Apostles (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) enjoined honey for every sickness and sickness.
The honey colors and their names vary according to the nectar of flowers on which the bees feed; there is the honey of the seder, the honey of the cabbages, and the honey of the grain of the pond. If we follow the kinds of honey, we will find that each honey is called the flower or plant on which it feeds.
How to make honey
- The building of hexagonal hexagonal hive and inside hexagonal chambers known as beeswax.
- The management of the bee kingdom requires that the workers leave the groups to search for a field or pasture filled with flowers, and when you find the appropriate grazing, each worker begins to absorb the nectar of flowers and store in the stomach, and each can store an average of forty milligrams of nectar and collect this amount by moving from Flower to another speeds up to about twenty-four kilometers / hour.
- The nectar is stored in the stomach; it is treated and released from all impurities and from the pollen by a circular valve. After purification, the enzymes are released to be converted into primary honey.
- When the workers of the nectar arrive at the bee house, the first or partial honey is handed over to the domestic workers, who in turn process the honey by chewing the first honey and removing it, then chewing again and so on to get rid of the water and moisture, and then dump it in the six cubes.
- Conversion of nectar to honey, after emptying the substance in the cubes The household workers provide the necessary ventilation for this substance, and also secret the enzymes that convert to honey, namely the enzyme glucose and oxidase and enzyme Alnvertiz; and continue this process from one to two days.
- After the maturity of the honey, the household workers cover the faces of the six-pack cubes containing the honey with an unbreakable waxy cover to protect the honey from moisture and damage and is known as nectar or sealed honey.
