Source of extraction
Black honey is extracted from sugar cane plant, where it is produced from raw cane sugar by concentrating its juice in stages, refining, filtering, and storing until it gets its final shape.
Source of production
The areas responsible for the black honey industry are sugar-rich areas, such as Egypt, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, the United States and India, and the first to produce black honey is the Caribbean.
How to produce black honey
The methods of producing black honey gradually evolved among the peasants. Sugar cane industry was started by collecting sticks and crusts and exposing them to the sun after placing them in pots made of pottery. This method developed and they extracted the cane juice and boiled it in those pots without chopsticks and peels. - Sort the honey and fill it, and place the stickers on it.

Black honey contains a wide range of minerals useful for human health, such as calcium, magnesium, cobalt, etc. It also contains a range of vitamins, making it an effective food source in treating a wide range of diseases, especially diabetes and cancer, For children, and pregnant women, because it is useful in providing the body energy and carbohydrates, as well as it helps to reduce headaches, and treatment of obesity, and is useful in the treatment of heart disorders, menstrual problems, and many other diseases. It is used as a healthy alternative to normal sugar, so black honey is a black gem, full of useful nutrients, easy to get this jewel, it is considered affordable food for the poor class in Egypt and others.
