Athletes are often exposed to a variety of skin diseases in the feet due to permanent sweating and the growth of fungi and viruses in closed areas. These diseases are warts, which are known as skin infections of the foot due to exposure to human papillomavirus, which is abbreviated to HPV.

Warts are characterized by their emergence from the skin in the form of a small dome of color close to the skin or a brownish brown color, but the texture is rough and unwanted ripples in the case of many of them next to each other.

Types of foot warts

  • The most common type of warts is wolves, which are known to have many warts near each other to form a cluster of granules. This type often does not cause any foot pain, but its appearance is not desirable at all and causes discomfort.
  • Traditional warts: This type spreads between 90% of people; at a stage of life (childhood – adolescence – young – aging) may be infected by the human, and is characterized by the emergence of a single small pill in the foot or several pills, but separated from each other.

Methods of prevention of foot warts

  • Keep the feet clean of sweat, and wash them after each exercise.
  • Stay away from using shoes and socks of others.
  • Wear open shoes every now and then at the exit, so that the sun reaches the feet and make them more resistant to viruses and fungi.

Ways to treat warts naturally

There are many ways to remove warts at home without seeing a doctor; warts are not serious and simple skin diseases compared to others, and the most important natural methods used in this:

  • Willow leaves: Burn a set of willow leaves and then mix with vinegar and form a paste, put the paste on the place of warts for at least quarter of an hour, and repeat the recipe twice a day.
  • Banana peel: Put the soft banana skin on the place of the warts in the foot and damage a piece of cloth to fix it, and leave the crust throughout the night.
  • Natural honey: Honey is known for its medical importance in the treatment of most diseases, including warts of the foot, and this is done with a little honey on the place of warts and leave it for at least 30 minutes, and then wash the foot with warm water, and repeat the recipe once a day.

METHODS OF TREATMENT OF MEDICAL WORM

  • Warts are ointment with medical ointments available in pharmacies.
  • Electrocardiography, electrocardiograms are performed after local anesthesia, and this method is often used if the warts type is physiologically and widely spread in the foot.
  • Laser Radiation: Warts are irradiated for a medically defined period. Treatment may require several consecutive sessions.
