  • Two cups of black flour.
  • Two teaspoons of baking powder.
  • Half a teaspoon of soda bicarbonate.
  • Half a teaspoon of ginger powder.
  • Half a teaspoon of table salt.
  • Eight teaspoons of cinnamon.
  • Three tablespoons of butter.
  • A quarter cup of white honey.
  • Half cup of chopped walnuts.

How to prepare

  • Wash the kakas and dry them and cut them into half and then into small cubes.
  • Bring a deep, well-sized bowl and put the butter in it, then add the butter to it and whisk the ingredients well until it becomes like cream.
  • Add the Kaka cubes to the previous ingredients and continue beating until the mixture is liquid.
  • Bring another medium sized bowl and add flour to it, add all the dry ingredients and stir well with the spoon.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture and stir with the spoon until the mixture is completely mixed.
  • Grease the cake cake with butter from all sides and pour the resulting mixture and settle the surface with a spoon.
  • Heat the oven at medium temperature and insert the mold into it for about 50 minutes until it is cooked.
  • Test the maturity of the cake using the tip of the kitchen knife through stitches.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and set it aside until it cools and shreds and place it in dishes suitable for serving.
