Beetroot also works to resist and control cancer, and beet juice helps to reduce obesity and reduce weight. It is also useful in providing the body with oxygen, as it increases the effectiveness of the lungs and respiratory function in general.
Beet juice can be obtained by eating juice. One way to make beet juice is to peel it and place it in the blender with the orange and apple, then add the sugar and water, and after mixing it is filtered and drunk. We also have beet juice with carrots, as this juice contributes particularly to protection against heart disease, arteriosclerosis, and lowering of blood pressure.
