The vegetables are the most important staples of human life. We also benefit from them as food and drink. It also contains very important nutrients in building the human body, preserving its health and thickening.
The mention of vegetables and fruits in the Holy Quran because of their great importance in our lives.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “When you said, Moses, we will not be patient with one food.
And the Almighty said: “Then our apartments land, and we created a love, grapes, grass, olive oil, and an entree, and gardens, and a fruit and a father, a gift to you and your cattle” (Abs: 26 32).
And the Almighty says: (sprout for you by planting, olives, palms and grapes and all the fruits that there is a verse for people who think). {The Bees: 11}.
Vegetables provide the human body with several important vitamins: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitaine B6, Vitamin D, Vitamin F, and minerals such as Iron and Magnesium. Vegetables are also a source of carbohydrate, and their water content is very high.
Green vegetables: beans, peas and cucumbers, and yellow or orange vegetables such as carrots and red vegetables, such as tomatoes, red cabbage, and white vegetables such as cabbage and potatoes.
Eggplants, cabbage, onions, carrots, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, mallow, lettuce, radishes, beans, zucchini.
These vegetables have many benefits, some of them work to fight germs and kill them in the intestines, such as onions. Some of them treat acidity such as tomatoes. And cabbage helps to relieve bronchitis infections. Which helps the skin to keep it moist, such as cucumber. The islands rich in vitamin A, which strengthens the look. Including what acts as a sedative and analgesic, such as ejaculation.
Vegetables are mixed in cosmetics and in skin masks, such as cucumber cream, carrot mask, tomato mask, potato mask, parsley mask and lemon mask.
The vegetables must be washed well before eating them, for fear of insects or they may be sprayed with poisonous pesticides, so they should be soaked in water and salt for 10 minutes.
