The castor plant belongs to the Euphorbia species, a very poisonous plant, 50% of its weight is oil, and it has leaves of a size similar to the soles of human hands, and India is said to be the original home of the castor plant.

Ways to put castor oil on hair
Castor oil is suitable for all types of hair, whether it is greasy, dry or ordinary, thus making it a suitable solution for hair problems such as: dripping, dandruff, flaking, weakness, etc., but how is castor oil used on hair?
Method 1
- Mix an appropriate amount of castor oil with the same amount of sweet almond oil.
- Use the fingertips of the individual mixture from the bottom of either side of the hair to reach the scalp gently for about a minute.
- Cover your hair with a hot towel for an hour or more.
- You can replace the towel with another one after half an hour if you like, to increase the oil intake to the hair follicles.
- Wash your hair with herbal shampoo, then dry it with a clean towel and leave it.
Method 2
- Place an appropriate amount of castor oil in a small bowl.
- Brush your clean fingertips into the oil.
- Gently massage the scalp with a circular motion to bring the oil to all hair roots well.
- Cover your hair with a plastic cover and put a towel over it to hold the heat inside the hair to benefit from the oil.
- Continue this process for 20 minutes, or you can do it late at night until the next morning.
- Wash hair with shampoo to get rid of oil residue.
- This process can be repeated twice a week to get the best results.
