Vinegar: Although it may seem harsh to treat your hair with something as acidic as vinegar, the truth is that the hair is really appreciated due to its slightly acidic nature. Our pH in hair varies from 3.5 to 5.5 neutral acidic, which means that our alkaline hair care products tend to throw it in balance. Vinegar, on the other hand, helps restore hair pH value optimally. This seals the skin, making each strand brighter and stronger, less prone to breakage, plus it removes accumulation of a product that literally strangles the scalp and slows hair growth down the normal. So, in order to help your hair really give it 100% both in terms of growth, quality and vinegar makes an excellent treat. Mix 1 part vinegar and 2 parts of water and use this mixture as a final rinse
Recipe : Mix 1 part vinegar (apple vinegar is preferred hair care, because it leaves less odor; white vinegar works just fine, vinegar-based wine is better for dry hair) with 2 parts of water. To reduce odor, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Use it as a final rinse base after shampoo.
How many times : Start by rinsing with vinegar treat 1-2 times a week, over time, you’ll be able to use it 1-2 times a month while maintaining ample shine, health, and growth.
Where to buy: Whichever vinegar you choose, you’ll be able to find it in your local grocery store, pharmacy, or retailer easily.
