Green tea and eggs

  • Cover hair using a shower cap, and leave it for thirty minutes.
  • Wash hair with cold water and shampoo.

Lemon juice and coconut

Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, antioxidants and other nutrients, which helps to grow hair smooth and shiny, and remove the crust, So that hair loss can be used by following these steps:

  • Mix the amount of lemon juice with twice the amount of coconut or olive oil.

  • Wash hair using shampoo.
  • Repeat the process once or twice a week.

Greek yogurt with lemon and honey

Greek yogurt contains probiotics useful for hair growth, contains vitamin B5, proteins useful for hair, honey contains antibacterial properties, which protect the hair from damage, by following the following steps:

  • Place two tablespoons of yogurt in a bowl, then add a tablespoon of honey, juice of one lemon, mix the ingredients well.

  • Leave the mixture on the hair for thirty minutes, then wash it with cold water.
  • Repeat the process once a week, or twice if the hair is dry.
