Recipes for hair loss treatment
Herb of rosemary
The rosemary herb is effective in preventing hair loss and enhancing its growth because it contains sulfur, silicon and anti-oxidant properties. It also strengthens hair roots, reduces dandruff, and also helps to increase the flow of blood circulation to the scalp. The rosemary herb can be used to treat hair loss by following these steps:
- Mix two drops of rosemary oil, with two tablespoons of essential oil such as olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, or avocado oil.
- Put the mixture on the hair, making sure it reaches the scalp.
- Leave the oil on the hair for at least half an hour.
- Wash hair with shampoo.
