Recipes to remove sunburn from the hands

  • Yoghurt recipe: Mix three tablespoons of yoghurt and a small amount of turmeric in a bowl, until we have a paste, then apply it to the hands, leave it for half an hour, wash it with water, and dry it thoroughly.
  • 2 tablespoons of milk, a small amount of lemon juice, mix the ingredients well, mix with the hands, leave to dry completely, wash with water and repeat for two weeks.
  • Tomatoes: Cut the tomato into halves, and touch the skin with them, where tomatoes help to get rid of blackness.
  • Almond: We grind ten beads of almonds, add five drops of sandalwood oil, and mix the ingredients well, so that we form a paste applied to the hands, and leave them all night, and in the morning we wash them.
  • Papaya pulp: Hand your hands using mashed papaya.
  • Turmeric: Mix the amount of turmeric, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of milk, put the mixture on the hands, leave it for fifteen minutes, and wash it with cold water.
  • Potatoes: Cut the potatoes, rub them on the hands, leave them dry, then wash them, and repeat this recipe daily.
  • Cactus: Mix the aloe vera gel, rose water, apply the mixture on the hands, leave it for half an hour, then wash it with cold water.
  • Lemon: We rub your hands with lemon, leave it for 15 minutes, and wash it with cold water. Lemon contains citric acid, which removes dead cells, preferably moisturizing after this recipe.

Tips

  • Cover your hands well when you go out in the scorching sun to avoid exposure directly to the sun, and you can put some amount of sunscreen on them, in order to protect the skin.
  • We consume a large amount of water daily, with the aim of moisturizing them from the inside and outside, and reduce the severity of drought, and renewal of cells.
  • Moisturize the hands continuously, using fruit creams continuously, helping to get rid of dark spots.
  • Peel the skin constantly, to get rid of the dead skin, and to leave softness on the hands, it is best to do this step once a month.
