Headaches
Many people suffer from headaches in the head, causing them tension and loss of vitality and activity. Headaches are mainly caused by the expansion of the blood vessels in the brain, which makes it pressure on the surrounding membranes causing pain.
Secondary causes lead to headaches
- Lack of rest and sleep.
- Hypoglycemia, due to prolonged intake of food, can also occur as a result of eating huge amounts of sweets and lack of eating healthy foods.
- Constipation, the accumulation of waste in the large intestine causes the return of toxins to the blood and when you reach the nervous system starts headaches.
- Severe stressors; a person suffers from pain all over the head.
- A person’s addiction to caffeine-containing beverages, and when he wakes up in the morning, he feels headaches as a result of his need for caffeine.

- High blood pressure, where blood vessels expand and increase blood flow to cells.
- The body needs water.
Recipes for headaches
- Eat plenty of water to treat dehydration which may be the cause.
- Take a warm bath or put warm compresses at the back of the head, as can rely on cold baths or cold compresses.
- Stay away from exposure to radiation from electrical devices such as: computers, smart phones.
- Stay away from sugary foods that contain artificial sugar.
- Use a solution of red pepper powder in the water well to make sure it is dissolved and not collected under the cup, and then take cotton and dipped solution, and put it on the entrances of the nose.
- Inhaling apple cider vinegar by adding three spoons of apple cider vinegar to a pot containing water and then putting it on the fire.
