Headache is the most common pain among people; headaches are head pain in several places: head, eye, rift, head, and back of the head; pain may be a strong pulse, prick, supernatural, It may be heavy in the area of pain, and varies the length of time that continues the state of headache according to the cause, age and physical and psychological condition of the headache.

- Headache: This headache results from a tumor in the brain, abscess or meninges, accompanied by vomiting and full exhaustion.
- Headache due to inflammation in the sinuses and be at the top of the front.
- Headache and neck due to rheumatism.
- Morning headaches due to constipation, especially if you eat a heavy meal before sleeping.
- Headache on the front of the head caused by pain in the eyes due to fatigue or study and work for long periods or long sleep on television and mobile phone in dim lighting.
- Headache headache, known as tension headache and caused by psychological stress and nervous tension.
Ways to treat headaches
Before starting to treat headaches, whether with medicines or herbs or others must first know the cause of headaches, and ways to treat headaches:
- Leave hours and sleep for hours, and follow a lifestyle based on healthy food, exercise, quit smoking and bad habits, and not use phones and computers for continuous periods.
- Drink plenty of water and eat vegetables and fruits.
- Excessive intake of fish if the headache due to lack of zinc in the body.
- Snow helps to relieve headache gradually, by placing ice cubes in a cloth and placed on the place of headache for several minutes, and then returned until the patient feels comfortable.

- Add essential oils such as lavender, chamomile to bath water, inhalation of these oils, or massage the neck and upper back.
- Drink hot anise tea, and eat lemon juice several times a day.
- Eat apples on an empty stomach.
