One of the most common health problems among people is low back pain, which sometimes hinders the person from performing his daily tasks efficiently because of his frequent pain and inability to move his back and legs. The pain may occur for a short period of a day or two and may be associated with a prolonged period of time, which generally occurs due to dysfunction or disorders of the lumbar spine.

Causes of backache

  • Sit long hours on the desk on your computer or to perform homework without taking a break.

Methods of Treatment

Lower back pain may be treated according to the cause of the pain. Generally, however, physical therapy and hot oil massage can be used for pain areas or treated with acupuncture. It is also possible to use known analgesics or some antibiotics for arthritis, maintain continuous movement and exercise to stimulate blood circulation and strengthen the bones.
