    • Wear cotton socks and a sleeper to sleep, and you will notice the freshness and softness of your feet in the morning.
  • Keep your diet balanced and a table for exercise. To enjoy good health and beauty, the feet need many elements, such as mineral salts, to maintain the health of nails, vitamins and proteins to renew skin cells as in the rest of the body.
