Headache
Headache is a common symptom that many people feel. Headache is a symptom, not a disease, and often does not indicate serious illness. There are many reasons for feeling head ache, some may be organic reasons, or psychological reasons, knowing that there are more than a form of headaches; some feel the headache of the average, and some suffer from the pain of half the head, that is called migraine “sister” Headaches are sometimes concentrated in the foreground, the back, or on either side of the head.
Causes of Headache
- Poor posture, bad posture, uneven head, prolonged tilt, or sitting behind the computer screen for a long period of time, leading to muscle cramps and headache.
- Over-smoking, leading to narrowing the arteries in the brain.
- Excessive hunger, lack of eating for hours, causing low blood sugar, and a feeling of headaches.
- Lack of drinking water, and exposure of the body to drought.
- Sniffing odors, such as strong perfumes, dust, paint scents, and others.
- Shave the hair in a painful way, or put some accessories that cause some damage to the scalp.
- Exposure to stress, tension, fatigue and stress.
- The temperature rises dramatically.
- High blood pressure, or decreased.
- Eat some food and drink, such as chocolates.
- Excessive intake of beverages containing caffeine, such as tea and coffee.
- Lack of hours of sleep, or sleep for long hours.
- Myocardial infarction, muscle tissue tension.
- Infection with certain organic diseases, such as flu, fever, ear infections, sinus congestion, colds, and colds.
- Blood sugar fluctuates between elevation and decline.
- Take some medications, such as birth control drugs.
- Injury to the body imbalance in the hormonal system.
- Menstrual cycle in women.
- There is a defect in the power of sight.
Headache treatment
- Take a rest, stretch the body on a comfortable sofa.
- Take fluids, especially water.
- Take painkillers for head pain.
- Check with your doctor to make sure there is no organic cause for feeling the headache, and if appropriate, take appropriate remedial action.
