How Does Headache Happen?
Sometimes, the person suffers from headaches or headaches. Treat headaches without using painkillers
- Shower with warm water, or put compresses of warm water on the back of the head, directly above the neck.
- Place a bag of ice on the front or back of the head for a few minutes.
- Drink one or two cups of water at a moderate temperature, taking into account that the water is not cold or cold until the pain of the headache is increased.
- Massage the head area where there are aromatic oil pains, such as: lavender oil, or peppermint oil.
- Drink warm herbal drinks, such as anise or mint tea.
- Do not expose your eyes permanently to the radiation from your TVs or computers, because it causes headaches. Better to wear protective goggles, use a filter or a protective screen for your computer screen, and close your eyes for two minutes while gently pressing them with your fingertips .
- Sleep for a sufficient number of hours.
