Treat headaches without using painkillers

  • Place a bag of ice on the front or back of the head for a few minutes.
  • Drink one or two cups of water at a moderate temperature, taking into account that the water is not cold or cold until the pain of the headache is increased.

  • Drink warm herbal drinks, such as anise or mint tea.
