How to cure headaches
Water compresses
We put hot water compresses on both sides of the head, front and bottom of the head from the back, which makes these compresses stretch muscles which reduce pain, or put cold water compresses that numb the pain area to reduce pain.
Lemon

Apple cider vinegar

Ginger

Sweet pepper

Hot mint
Place the hot mint in a bowl and add boiling water to it, and drink it or breathe in the resulting steam, or put its oil behind the head and on the front, and below the jaw bones.
Tips to treat headaches
- Drink plenty of water.
- Massage the top of the neck from the back, in the area between the eyebrows, and in the palm of the hand, which gradually disappears headache.
- Eat fresh grape juice.
- Sit in the dark; because light affects the nervous system, especially when feeling the headache, and this is done by closing curtains, wearing sunglasses, and turning off the lamps.
- Eat nuts such as cashews and almonds because they contain pain relievers.
- Stay away from aspartame, ie, artificial sugar because it causes headaches.
- Use eucalyptus oil and lightly grease it on the front with the massage in mind for fifteen minutes.
- Exercise is one of the most preventative measures for headaches.
- Do not over-drink caffeinated beverages such as black tea, coffee, and green tea.
