Ways to hide bruises
- Press lightly on the bruise or use a strap to tie it.
- Place ice or cold water compresses on the affected area for half an hour and then use hot water compresses to reduce swelling.
- Use camphor oil with onion juice and place it twice daily.
- Use the Millennium dye by sprinkling it on the bruised portion several times a day to soften the blue.
- Use the boiling black bean and place it on the area containing the bruise and then connect it for a quarter or one-third hour and after removing the ligament, put the black bean oil and massage the hand lightly.
- Raise the damaged area to reduce the blood flow to the affected area, thus changing the color of the bruise.
